Verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Product Environmental Profiles (PEPs).

% of LCAs verified as compliant with applicable standards.
Number of regulatory audits or third-party verifications passed without major findings.
3. Data Governance and Quality Control
Deliverables:
LCA data governance framework (sources, validation protocols, documentation).
Centralized LCI (Life Cycle Inventory) database integrated with ecoinvent, GaBi, SimaPro, GREET, etc.
Periodic data quality reviews and uncertainty analyses.
KPIs:
% of datasets meeting quality assurance thresholds (e.g., pedigree matrix score).
Frequency of updates to internal LCI database.
4. Integration with Corporate Strategy
Deliverables:
Mapping of LCA insights to Scope 1–3 emissions and net-zero pathways.
